Communicate on a consistent basis with all managers, keeping abreast of all room activities. Hold daily “huddles” with Team Members to communicate pertinent information. Coach and counsel Team Members who are not meeting standards. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Set schedules and job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing. Evaluate and oversee job performance of Team Members. Responsible for informing manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so.
